css/cwiccer.css is a copy of the CSS used by Lighthouse.
It contains a lot more CSS than is required so display the scores.
This could affect the site's performance

Requirement

• Reduce the CSS delivered to only what's needed
• Consider whether or not to deal with dark mode

Proposed solution

• Implement in the test code first. bw\cwiccer\cwiccer.css and bw\cwiccer\cwiccer.css
