As a resident, I want to be able to switch on or off every security station of my house. For example, I want to switch on the security for my garage, but keep my security living room off (because I’m still in).

🆗 Enabler: #87 because right now I don't have the control over who I'm sending the MQTT message. We would do some bad stuff, like putting the device_id in the payload to be able to implement this feature otherwise. This this PR, we will be able to target a specific device_id for the service camera.
