Carve fails to build with CLang (tested against latest llvm/clang svn)

attached a patch which makes carve compile, tested booleans in blender with 
this change.

Fixed by changeset 952c51446691 for the 2.0 branch.

Will attempt to ensure the same for the 1.4 branch, and will compile/test with 
clang as well as other compilers in future.
