Add ability to add title to DataTable

Quite often there are multiple tables in a dashboard/layout and you want to distinguish between them. Currently it is somewhat awkward to add a title for the tables so it would be very handy if it were possible to add titles to DataTables to make this easier just and more like regular plot types.

This doesn't have to be solely related to data table. It should be sufficient to have a kind of panel layout (a title and a layoutable). This would also help with grids not allowing to have a title (issue #1449).
