Greetings again.

Can you please tell me: the fact that the app stays for infinite time after
last commit - is an issue or feature?

It's very annoying when video is recording for a huge repository: user must
watch after capture process to stop it in time.

Thanks in advance!

I've noticed this too. It appears that using the option

   --stop-position 1.0

causes it to behave as expected... Without that, I've seen Gource keep running
into
the future.

Yep that's why I added the --stop-position command.

You can also combine --stop-position with --stop-on-idle so the video stops
(after
stop position is reached) when all activity ceases.
