[General] The ‘View Source’ link will become underlined with an orange rectangle around it after selecting it

Environment:
http://bootcards-staging.herokuapp.com/
Samsung Galaxy S4, Android 4.3

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select ’40 Contacts’ from the dashboard.
2. Scroll to the bottom and select ‘View Source’ (and notice that it’s only blue text).
3. Close the html page.

Expected result:
The link should remain the same.

Actual result:
The View Source link is now underlined with an orange rectangle around it.

Note: this occurs for all of the View Source links.
