[General] Back button and title of the page is not rendered on Android Browser

Environment:
http://bootcards-staging.herokuapp.com/
Default Android Web Browser on HTC Desire 300 Android 4.1.2

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open http://bootcards-staging.herokuapp.com/ on default Android Browser
2. Go to Contacts
3. Select a Customer

Expected result:
Back Button is rendered and have replaced a menu button as on other browsers

Actual result:
Menu button is still on the upper-left corner AND Title of the page is not changed to Contacts
