Wait for upgrade of babel-jest 24.0.0

There is a known bug here during the upgrade:

CI failure on branch dev-jest24:

We'll close this ticket when upgrade to latest will be possible and performed.

Adding to package.json under jest object the following solve the migration:

+    "transformIgnorePatterns": [
+     "<rootDir>/node_modules",
+      "<rootDir>/internals"
+    ],
