Does Boto3 support redirecting to a different endpoints like other aws sdk(golang, java)

Hello!

I haven't found anything supporting this, but does anyone know if during any call an error e.g.

<Error>
<Code>PermanentRedirect</Code>
<Endpoint>url.something</Endpoint>
</Error>

is returned. Does the SDK have the functionality to redirect to the new endpoint automatically?
