Please push out version 3.3.1

Hi,

It seems that there is quite a severe issue with the current release of bots: 3.3.0: the jobqueue server doesn't work at all. This has been fixed already, so please push out a version 3.3.1 so that people stop encountering it. I am not the first person to run into this problem, that has been fixed almost 4 years ago (#21).

I get that people want a new version that works with python 3, but having an official release that just works with is at least even important in the mean time. The bug has already been fixed.
