bottly_sqlite.py in both archives at https://github.com/bottlepy/bottle/releases/tag/0.12.13
is quite different (apparently from around 2014) than the current one at https://github.com/bottlepy/bottle-sqlite

The bundled version fails to run on Python3.

The version included a feature that did not ever made into the bottle-sqlite repo: dbargs parameter, which could be used to open databases in read-only mode.
