💬 Agenda

• Form an issue form [more practical than a template].
• Discuss what we learned from the PS in the morning.
• Improve the wiki pages and templates.
• Utilize GitHub's 'Projects' section.
• Fill the README with a brief intro for our projects and introduce the team.
• Further explore the Github interface. Especially the Discussions feature might be useful.

📌 Discussions

• Let's learn about and use GitHub's discussions section in our further decision makings, instead of WhatsApp.
• Tomorrow we can take a photo after the class as a group, to add to our repo.
• GitHub's Projects section has a 'Team capacity' and 'Roadmap' sections. We discussed how to use them and showed an example of adding labels to our issues from there. We can practice the features of this section using the current Project.
• Once we get out project topic, we can create a new Projects for the general organization of our work.
• Reviewers should add the end date to the issue from the Projects page, under the Team Capacity section.
• Reviewers should update the status label of the issues when closing it.
• About our future meetings, we will discuss this with all the team members again.
• One option is to meet right after the lectures, for approximately 20 mins to quickly split some of the assignment actions (the lunch queue will be too long anyways 😄).
• When we have too many assignment actions to finish, we might also meet on Saturday or Sunday evening, to check where we are and to have enough time to finish our tasks after the meeting until the deadline (Tuesday morning).
• Attention: Add reviewer to all issues, except for the learning issues.
