Great suggestion on adding a "Fork Me" button... it's in d055fa7 and should go to production soon.

Sorry, that was a bit hastily written. On the page paypal redirects you to,
the github button that used to post a message to the issue thread informing
others of the bounty, did not work the last time I tried it.

Irrelevant given the massive frontend overhaul. This will come back eventually though :)
