Hi all,

I just gonna post some errors user see with either the R package directly or the virtual appliance.
The error
Quitting from lines 335-375 (CaRpools-extended-PDF.Rmd) Error: XML content does not seem to be XML:

most likely occurs using the virtual appliance and hints towards biomaRt issues.
We just realized that there was an outdated version linked for the virtual appliance, which is fixed right now.
I'll update this post once it is ready.
