back-end: service for count sounds in word

in model Resource we have field soundsCount.

as a load job when resource is created - we need to calculate this metric.

make:

1. SoundCountService

{ fun countSound(word:String):Int{...}
}

2. while resource is storing - count it and save in entity

examples:

countSound("мама") =2

countSound("бал") =1

countSound("взгляд") =1

countSound("скаут") =2
