Closing as the above isn't needed anymore. We needed to revert brave/brave-core#16856 which also required a respin for both desktop & android. Hence. they're now on the same version so there's no need to split the releases into two. Before the revert, desktop would have been on 1.47.183 and Android would have been on 1.47.184.
