Load sidebar settings page in a new tab when clicks sidebar settings button

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click Sidebar settings button

Actual result:

Sidebar settings page is loaded in current tab

Expected result:

Sidebar settings page is loaded in new tab

If current tab is new tab, settings page is loaded in current tab.
If browser windows already has sidebar settings tab, it's activated instead of creating new tab

Brave version (brave://version info)

Steps:

• Installed 1.58.88
• launched Brave
• clicked Settings button in the Sidebar

Confirmed brave://settings/?search=Sidebar page loaded in a new tab

Not fixed in latest version, released today. When I click on the "show settings" on the sidebar (on the bottom) it open on current tab. It not open in new tab.
