Add to favourites options missing on Linux

Steps to Reproduce

1. Install on Linux
2. Launch the browser from apps
3. Right click on the app icon, no option to add it favourites

Actual result:

Expected result:

Should have option to add browser to favourites launcher

Reproducible on current release:

No

Website problems only:

• Does the issue resolve itself when disabling Brave Shields?
• Is the issue reproducible on the latest version of Chrome?

This one is obsolete now as all channels have the Add to favourite context menu option. Nightly would be the only one having an issue due to #1746. Once that is fixed it should be available for all channels. Closing this issue for now
