fix(wallet): Asset Details Back Button from Panel #18875

Description

Fixes a bug where If you expanded to the Asset Details view from the panel, the back button would break the UI

Resolves brave/brave-browser#30995

Test Plan:

  1. Open the Panel and click on View account assets, select an asset.
  2. Once the Asset Details page loads, click on the Back button in the header
  3. It should route back to an appropriate route and not break the UI.
