fix(wallet): Persist Activity Route

Description

Fixes a bug where the Activity route was not being persisted after unlocking the Wallet.

Resolves brave/brave-browser#31111

Test Plan:

1. Open the Wallet and go to the Activity tab
2. Lock the Wallet
3. Unlock the Wallet, it should route back to the Activity tab.
