1.2 works fine but get -2011 error with wads made with 3.0 and above

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use 3.0 or 3.11 and load a source wad
2.Then replace the dol with another working dol
3.Try to install via Wad Manager 1.5 and get -2011 ticket error.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I repeat those steps with v1.2 and it works just fine. All of my other wads 
install fine.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I have reproduced this with 3.11. I am using Wii 4.1U, with Wanin's CIOS v17, 
Wiikey V1, launch-year Wii with all Trucha IOS's (except 61, 58, and a couple 
of others). Since I can replace the dol with 1.2 and still install the wad, I 
know it is something the 3.0+ wads don't like about my Wii setup somehow.

Please provide any additional information below.
