Improve carbon emissions maps for interpretability:

  • create US state borders on emission plots.
  • aggregate emissions values by coordinates.
  • resize circles (glyphs) for aggregated values. Likewise for the legend.
  • correct import statements in demo notebook following folder reorganization.
