Default path change for accounts, certificates and private keys

Hi,

In the next 0.17 release, ACMEd will change the following default paths:

• /etc/acmed/accounts will become /var/lib/acmed/accounts
• /etc/acmed/certs will become /var/lib/acmed/certs

Please be sure to update your configuration accordingly when upgrading.

If necessary, those paths can be changed in the configuration file (see man 5 acmed.toml). In addition, they will also become configurable at compile time using environment variables.

Please note that version 0.17 also changed the template engine and therefore the syntax. Hence, you have to check all of your custom hooks. See issue #8 for more details.
