Possible merge with ericboesch/bitset?

Brendon, Tyler recently added me as a maintainer of the bitset gem based on additions that Gabriel Formica and I made. I see you also made your own fork called bitset_bm a while back for good reasons that are easy to guess. I don't know if a "push request" is an actual thing, but do you mind if I merge your changes? Thanks!
