Helpdesk Team Assigned Tickets

This module adds a field that counts the number of assigned tickets for a helpdesk team and places the link under the field that counts the number of unassigned tickets. Also adds search filter to filter for assigned tickets.

Usage

  • Create or edit a helpdesk ticket
  • Assign team to ticket
  • Assign user to ticket
  • Go to main kanban for helpdesk
  • The number of assigned tickets for that team should increase by 1
