This module adds a field that counts the number of assigned tickets for a helpdesk team and places the link under the field that counts the number of unassigned tickets. Also adds search filter to filter for assigned tickets.
- Create or edit a helpdesk ticket
- Assign team to ticket
- Assign user to ticket
- Go to main kanban for helpdesk
- The number of assigned tickets for that team should increase by 1
