The website now uses a new search engine that is going to be even more fun than the previous one to work with. The pages are full of convoluted JavaScript, and the headers are incomprehensible.
Update, December 2015. Someone emailed to say that their own scrapers for the website were also dead, and that all information that pre-dates the current legislature is gone. The only way to scrape new legislation is to download the ASPX pages of each bill sequentially, using their ID numbers.
