Is there any way to produce interactive (e.g., SVG) plots with possibly tooltips so that one can see the names of the MEPs involved?

I'm on it, to replace the PDF plots.

The d3 versions produced with d3Network are too damn slow, so I'm trying rgexf + Sigma.js.
