As mentioned in #2480, now that we've got https://zui.brimdata.io/docs, it might be nice to link to it from the Welcome page (#2387).

Verified in Zui commit a1cc8fc.

As shown in the attached video, there's now a button on the Welcome page that can be clicked to reach the Zui docs site.
