MD4 Implementation

Hello,

Is this possible to add MD4 implementation? I need it in order to complete an NTLM authentification.
For now, I've edited the package myself to add it but this could be great if it is included by default.
I could make a PR but I'm not sure of how to do it.

Same here. Working on NTLM. I know that is outdated and insecure, but for many internal networks based on Windows it's the only possible choice.
