How to get timezone of client?

I want to get timezone of client. I have done following.

import Vue from 'vue'
import VueMoment from 'vue-moment'
import moment from 'moment-timezone'

Vue.use(VueMoment, { moment })

Then,

I trie to get timezone

console.log(this.$moment.tz.guess())

But it gives me an error

this.$moment.tz.guess is not a function

So How to get timezone of client?
