Minor inconsistencies and bugs:

* 'Deprecated' does not mean what I thought it did

  • Settings and Subscriptions differ in their structure
  • use of bold, italics and code is inconsistent
    * Email has md to rst errors
  • Use of examples is inconsistent
  • ...

Linking initial 'poca' word in readme/index to brokkr.net is not a good idea. remove.

* supported tagging file types: mp3, mp4, ogg vorbis, ogg opus, flac
* poca-subscribe tags requires arguments: --mp3/--mp4

ID3 chapters can be removed using the "chapters" element in metadata (remember: test with Python Bytes which uses chapters)
