Addition of already added TIP-3 token root address shows success message

Steps to reproduce:
When some TIP-3 root token address is already added to the wallet, try to add it again.
The message TIP3 token added successfully appears. However, the other one is the more appropriate in that case.
Something like The TIP3 token was already added to the wallet.
