Official Matrix room #144

An official Matrix room has been created at: #orion-rs:matrix.org

This was done to make it easier for people to ask questions or get help if needed. This applies generally to anything that revolves around Orion (this repository, fuzzing, etc). It also is an attempt to create transparency about what is being worked on, and discussions between contributors that lead to changes in Orion.

There has been a private room for some time, which will no longer be used for the above topics.
