Access to fields list service now needs authentication?

This doesn't seem to allow access without logging in. This didn't used to be 
the case ... has something changed or am I doing something stupid?

This service is used a lot in ALA4R and indeed the API refers users to it as 
well. If authentication is a genuine requirement here, that's going to cause 
ALA4R some grief.

The correct URL is:

http://bie.ala.org.au/ws/admin/indexFields

Any doco pointing at http://bie.ala.org.au/admin/indexFields should be removed.

Marvellous, thanks for quick fix. I changed one reference to the 
incorrect URL on the API page (under species download); there may be others.
