You are given a rocket launcher, and are told to either stay on the ground, or to stay off it. If you're told the latter, use the rocket launcher to rocket jump to avoid getting killed.
If the game tells you to stay on the ground, you can use the rocket launcher to get other people killed by aiming at their feet (causing them to lift off the ground).
