There's a very strong wind pushing you towards a pool of acid. Use the conveniently placed boxes behind you (which don't seem to be affected by the intense current) to stop you from mutating.
The left most box has a 1-Up on it. You also have a pushing stick, so make sure that no one shares your box with you.
