[e2e tests] Vm List (part 2)

Not all scripts for the VM list were implemented in task #1251 . Unrealized scripts are blocked by other sections.

Namely:

1) Image creation tests block the following tests:

• First starting of stopped VM with password enabled
• Resetting password for the running VM with password enabled
• Saving password for running VM with password enabled

2) Account creation tests block the following tests:

• Starting of stopped VM as User role
• Filter by account
• "Group by" filter

3) Volume creation and snapshot creation tests block the following tests:

• Disk and snapshots deleting when VM expunge
• Cancel of disk deleting with "Delete snapshots" option enabled when VM expunge
• Disk deleting when VM expunge with snapshot saving

4) We need changes in the tests vm_creation for writing tests:

• Filter by group
• "Group by" filter
