Set SPEC File Options

Hi, Is there a way try set the options in the spec file? Such as major step size limit? I am using this via SNOW and tried with the options dict, but am getting a seg fault any time I try to set an option outside of:

"Print file" => "print.out",
"Summary file" => "summary.out",
"Iterations limit" => 2000

If you are able to pass a spec file or input them via the SNOW dict, that knowledge would be much appreciated!
