Might be able to use kpt eval --save in some parts of the Dockerfile and/or examples.

Try adding podman to the tools image and stop using exec functions for kpt fn.

Using podman in build containers does not seem to be trivial.

Add entitlements to bake #179 Would likely help.
A newer kernel than what comes with Colima would make things easier also.
