C-SCALE VA Agreement

We would like to capture the allocation of VA offered by GRNET and CREODIAS to the HiSea Use Case in the following confluence page:

The action is for both use case leaders and service providers. The goal is to write down the amount of computational resources (compute in CPU hours, storage in TB month) agreed upon to carry out the use case. This is a replacement for the EGI SLA/OLAs. On the other hand, https://confluence.egi.eu/display/CSCALE/C-Scale+VA+installations is the place where providers track and provide info about resource allocation and usage.

The allocation made by CreoDIAS to HiSea was clarified via email and the confluence page (https://confluence.egi.eu/display/CSCALE/C-Scale+VA%3A+HiSea) was updated accordingly.
