This merge attempt at bringing the c172p commit history over the -detailed repository again.
After ONOX closed the request, I separated the name change and the history addition in separate merge requests, and thus this needed to be generated.

Please consider. this has zero file changes. It has neglectible effect on repository size. But it has several technical advantages.

Best,
Israel Hernandez

(PS: I will be sending new requests over the additional branches to incorporate history)

Expanded chamber of pitot tube.
Add VHF antennas to top of fuselage.

Better propeller disks when spinning fast.

Took green tint out of pitot tube.
- added untextured seats
- moved the panel back to the proper position
- changed viewpoint and field of view
- yokes
- carb heat
- throttle
- mixture
- flap switch
- trim wheel

Moved the pilot seat back slightly.

Use LOD more aggressively, so that all the interior detail is skipped
when the viewer is distant.
activated with the mouse, but they do respond to the following
properties:

/controls/lights/taxi
/controls/lights/landing
/controls/pitot-heat
/controls/lights/navigation
/controls/lights/beacon
/controls/lights/strobes
the bleed-through problem -- it occurs only when the texture has an
alpha component. It's not a good, long-term solution, though.
Make the plane much sloppier at high alpha and/or with the flaps
extended. In slow flight, there's much more lateral instability now,
and adverse yaw is more obvious at the start of a turn using only
ailerons.
I added some hot spots to the default c172p-3d.
subdirectories in yet another step towards making aircraft more self
contained rather than potentially spread out.
I added some more hotspots to Davids c172p since he already had done all the animation. Also I tried making the throttle and mixture knobs into hotspots even when they are moving adding extra hotspots for them. Also you can click on the trim wheel to trim now.

I added a directory for the labels for the white toggle switches, but there is probably better way to do the labels then I came up with. There is a short readme file which gives the path for the new directory.
Warning: this may look like crap without a plib patch.

Checklist items now support a <condition> element that evaluates
when the checklist item is complete, and is used to provide color
coding in the checklist dialog.
… to latest developments (new technique for ligthfield shader).

Adapt a couple of aircraft effects to latest effect state too.

Checklists may now be split into individual sections made up
of <pages> containing the <item> tags. Each page is displayed
individually with Previous/Next buttons to allow navigation.

Checklists items also support <marker> tags. These display
a marker when a ? button is pressed next to the checklist item.
The format is identical to that of the tutorial system.
Experimenting with extended meta-data required for aircraft catalogs. Not finalised yet, still evolving.
(Working on the basis that Torsten will forgive me for using his baby as a guinea-pig. Err, not his real baby obviously)
Make the common KX165 Rembrandt-compatible, and use it in the C172P.
This is proof of concept, not a complete conversion.
These are then attached to buttons on the checklist dialog allowing
the user to ask the computer to execute the checklist step, which
they can observe.

- add compass deviation table
- set compass "pitch" to compensate for wrong indication

I see no negative effects of this request, only positive, all it will do is allow c172p history to survive in this repo for as long as it exists and benefit future fgmembers configurations. There never was any "real" negative feedback from our group over this, maybe at best not seeing the necessity. But Israel assures me it is extremely beneficial to the technical side of his maintenance of fgmembers of which I have to deffer to his expertise in this area. Therefore I am merging this request and hope there is no negative side effects (I'm talking about social side effects) as it does no harm to the project and is value added applied to other issues. Please accept this on face value.

Hi Wkitty
I will be happy to help you finding what it is.
But what specifically are you looking for again? "What is the original issue" is what I wonder

The history is listed here
https://github.com/Juanvvc/c172p-detailed/commits/master
If that is what you need.
