Problem
Sending both Entez Gene Ids and StructuralVariantQueries to the StructuralVariantMapper results in a syntax error. The cause is a missing
ORconnecting the queries.Solution
Add the missing
OR.Tests
Regression test was added to confirm fix of the problem.
