Thanks.  I don't see the error on any of my platforms, but have made the 
appropriate changes.  That qDebug line should never have been in 
diff_match_patch in the first place, it has been removed.  Similar qDebug lines 
in diff_match_patch_test have been updated as well.

These changes will be in the next push (early next week?)

I faced the same problem because I downloaded the code zipfile 
diff_match_patch_20120106.zip, which is marked as "Featured". Maybe it would be 
a good idea to change it or put a notice on the docs. From what I've read, this 
happens because some compilers put the header automatically for you, which is 
not gcc's case.
