As a State employee, I need to know which days are official holidays so that I can plan accordingly

Our assumptions, what we want to test/learn

State holidays are pretty common for both state employees and the public. As a simple answer, we want to learn how people resonate to displaying state holidays in this content type and see how we can balance the legal/HR rules of each bargaining unit into a simple answer.
