I saw that eslint is hard coded to search for javascript files:

polite-linter/lib/polite-eslint.js

Line 6 in 784150c

let politeEsLintHook = new PoliteHook(eslinter, /\.js$/);

This means, projects working with eslint and typescript (like angular projects) do not get any linting.

Maybe a config object can be set on package.json or a polite-linter.json file?
