At least 2 users think this is valuable @jimmc and @CodeAccura

re: the App Property Route, which at first glance appears to do key-value coding on the app delegate - I am not sure if that route has merit. I marked that route for removal here:

Finally 👍 I had modified the server long back to make it work. Since no one really wanted it, I didnt want to submit the patch. Glad you made it work
