When showing grouping in junction view, treat all ungrouped elements as one group or hide them. #45

We can either:

show all not-grouped elements as one group
hide all non-grouped elements

alexsb added the enhancement label

alexsb added this to the Paper-Ready milestone

all ungroubed elements are now treated as one additional group
