Hello Everyone! 👋

I really want to thank you all for all of your hard work on the project so far. I am blown away by how much you have been able to get done and more excited each time I receive an update from you on your progress.

I have just finished a round of meetings with my advisors about the plan for my projects this fall and want to update you on PheKnowVec. Given some upcoming changes in my thesis committee, I am going to temporarily shift my focus to the Med2Mech project this fall, which will slightly delay things on this project. That does not mean that this work is not important, it just means that instead of shooting to analyze the code sets within the next month, we will delay it until November or December. I am hoping that this will also give you some extra time to finish the mappings at a more comfortable pace.

Does this plan sound OK to everyone? I will keep you updated as we move forward and will reach out again when we are ready to pick this back up.

Thanks so much for all of your hard work on this, I am REALLY excited and very much looking forward to the next steps.
