Where should I store common components, screens, hooks, types, etc.?

For instance, I have two apps; a host app and a mini app. If I want to add a shared Text component that can be used by both apps, should I create a common module and export the Text component from it, or should I store the Text component inside the host app and import it into the mini app when needed?
