We should add a help page giving some basic instructions on how to upload data and how to use the query form.

A help page for the upload form is also necessary.

@afmcl I'm assigning this one to you - could you draft up a simple help page? It can just be text, or html as well if you're more ambitious.

#140 partially addresses this by adding help text on the upload page
